Refund Policy

1. Overview
GlobalDial operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits that never expire and use them to make international calls. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
2. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits from that purchase have been used. We do not offer partial refunds for partially used credit purchases.
3. Bonus Credits
Some of our higher-value packages ($10 and $20) include bonus credits. When a refund is issued, the full amount of credits is reversed — including any bonus credits. For example, if you purchased the $20 package and received 24 credits (including 4 bonus credits), all 24 credits will be removed upon refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund directly from your account on the credits page. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@globaldial.co and we'll take care of it for you.
5. Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credits are removed from your account immediately. The payment refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been used for calls.
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
7. Disputes
If you have any issues with a purchase, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank. We're happy to help resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Reaching out to us first often results in a faster resolution.
